How we use your registration details

What we collect

Your name, organisation, job title, email address, phone number, professional category and main area of interest.

Why

To review and confirm registrations, contact you about your attendance, issue your digital ticket, check you in on the day and plan the event. We do not use your details for marketing and do not sell or share them outside the organising team.

Your ticket

Your QR code contains only a random reference number. It does not contain your name, email, phone number or any other personal information.

Who can see it

Only authorised members of the organising team, signed in with their Aga Khan University account. Every approval, rejection and check-in is recorded.
